Ingredients
  • 1 Noodle pack

  • 1 egg

  • Lotus root - Araliya Lotus Root in Brine

  • Fried Eggplant - Araliya 

  • 1 tbl spn of Araliya Chilli Powder

  • 1 chopped radish 

  • 1 chopped spring onions

  • 2 tofu slices 

  • Cut chillies 


 

Preparation

Chop all vegetables, and boil the noodles and egg. Make the soup with chilli powder and any sachets in the noodle pack. Pour the soup in the boiled noodles into a bowl. Place the egg, tofu, vegetables on the noodles. Serve hot.
