Rose Flavoured Crepes

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour

  • 2 eggs

  • 1 tbsp. sugar

  • 1/4 tsp. salt

  • 1 1/2 cup whole milk

  • 2 tbsp. butter

  • Fresh fruit, for serving

  • Powdered sugar, for serving

  • Araliya Rose Syrup



In a mixing bowl whisk the flour, sugar and salt until combined.


Step 2:

Then create a well with flour and add the eggs. pour in milk slowly, whisking after each addition. Add in 2 tblspn of Araliya Rose Syrup. Let the batter stay at room temperature until bubbly on top, 10 minutes.

Step 3:
In a small pan over medium heat add melt butter. Pour about 1/4 cup at a time, drop batter evenly onto pan, swirling it to get a circular coat.

Step 4:
Cook for two minutes, then flip and leave another minute more.  Serve warm crêpes with fresh fruit, powdered sugar, optional ice cream and a Falooda.
