Fried Rice with Deviled Chicken

  • Araliya Rice 

  • Fried Chicken 300 grams

  • 2 Onions

  • 1 Teaspoon Ginger and Garlic

  • 2 table spoons of Araliya Chilli Paste

  • 1 table spoon of butter

  • 3 Eggs

  • Spring Onions  


Step 1

In a wok, heat oil and add in 3 eggs. Deep fry eggs and stir while they fry.

Step 2

In a wok, heat canola oil, add the onion and saute until golden brown. Add 2 tea spoons of Araliya chilli paste. Add the ginger and garlic. Add the vegetables (but not the carrots) and salt to taste and stir-fry for a few minutes.

Step 3

Add meat and chilli. Stir-fry until fragrant. 


Step 3

Add rice, soy sauce and remaining sesame oil. Stir fry until it is heated through.​
