Mango Chicken Curry (Collaboration)

Ingredients
  • 500g Chicken

  • 1 cup Yoghurt

  • 1-2 TBSP Red chilli powder

  • 1 TSP Cumin Powder

  • 1/2 TSP Turmeric powder

  • 1/2 TSP Ginger paste

  • 2-3 TSP Garlic paste

  • Salt to taste

Preparation

Step 1:

Marinate the chicken with ginger, garlic, turmeric powder, Araliya chilli powder and cumin  powder and add salt to taste and mix well. Add yogurt and mix again and leave for 1-2 hours.

Step 2:
Add oil to a hot pan and add chopped onions and fry them until they are golden brown. Add the marinated chicken. Fry it for 4-5 mins. Close and cook the chicken for 6-7 mins.

Step 3:

Add the Araliya Mango Curry and simmer it well. Add few teaspoons of Araliya Coconut Milk. Once the curry is thick, garnish it with some coriander leaves. Serve with Paratha or Rice.
